I have been a member here for a few years now and am happy with the gym. It is within walking distance, it is not a large gym where you feel overpowered by the muscle heads at other big gyms. It offers a good variety of classes with great instructors. The price is very affordable as well.

There are some things I like and some things I don't like. Parking can be a problem. Space to do floor exercises is a problem sometimes. It's a small center. The staff is friendly. They have good equipment and good classes. It is clean.

I have a wonderful trainer named Julie. She always makes it interesting. The gym is small and it's usually not over-crowded. I like the atmosphere.
