+ -1 moreInspector, Gary Marsengill, after nit-picking ridiculously small items (some incorrectly or grandfathered), turned the Circuit Breaker off to the outdoor Hot Tub (in JANUARY at 20 degrees!). What happens to water in pipes at 20 degrees? You guessed it, the pipes in the hot tub froze and broke. Hopefully the pump isn't shot as well. So, now I get to go to court against this idiot to repair the hot tub. Like I needed that.
