They teach palates, yoga, ti chi, and other mind and body disciplines. The woman who is head of the mind and body, her name is Lesley Stelding. They have other building that teach arts like glass, and clay. They have exceptional instructors that are trained to work with geriatric and rehab conditions. My husband mostly goes there and he goes there every week. I went for years until I had my lower back issue and I'm not released by the doctor to do palates or yoga. You can buy by the class or the series. We always bought series.
