Our Samsung dryer's heating coil broke last year and I bought a replacement to do the repair myself. After installing the part, I couldn't get it to work. I called Scott at True Appliance Solutions and he quickly showed me what was wrong for a very reasonable price. Just last night our dryer heating coil broke again, so I called Scott to come take a look. The cheap aftermarket coil I had bought a year before had bit the dust and he replaced it with a factory original part. He worked quickly and the price was great. I will be using him for all of our appliance repairs from here on out.

Scott and his assistant were great. They arrived on-time, quickly fixed the issue, and were professional in every way. This is one of the few companies that services Samsung equipment and the only one that actually has good reviews.

Service technician called 30 minutes tell me he wad on the way. Knew what he was doing and fixed the problem very quickly. He as very nice and efficient was very careful of any mess and cleaned up as he went. I would not hesitate to recommend him again

Great.  I scheduled him to come for a tune-up based on the recommendation of a friend.  Between scheduling and his arrival, the water supply to washer began to fail. Scott, called before he headed my way.  He adjusted his schedule because I was waylaid at a child's dr appointment.  Was professional.  Diagnosed issues. Ordered parts.  Came back two days later to see the work through.  Determined I had a coupling that was within a short period of time going to fail so he saved me an additional service call by fixing it today.  Absolutely nothing but praise for this guy.  Was fantastic start to finish.  On time, Courteous. Knowledgeable. Professional. He is definitely on my short list to call for future appliance issues.
