Was there when he said he would be there; did everything we asked; did the job for the price quoted.

After reviewing list of jobs I needed done, work began the next day.  The work was completed on schedule and at the agreed price.  The qualify of the work is above average.  The company performed requested work with great care of their surroundings.  The requested work was completed beyond my satisfaction.  Painted area looks great. I have never been disappointed with any of the work the company has performed at my residence. 

Tim Morbitzer is an expert painter in my view and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done to perfection!!!  When I call him for an estimate, he comes that day if possible or whenever we can coordinate a time.  I usually have my paint charts ready when he arrives for the estimate and have in mind the colors I am interested in. He is very good at helping with paint color recommendations!!! He preps all areas well before he starts painting by filling cracks and holes and sanding for a smooth finish.  He covers the floors with drop cloths so that any paint residue will not end up on the floor or the carpet. He uses the best paints and materials for the job and makes sure that things stay as neat and clean as possible during the painting process.  When Tim is finished with each job, we do a walk through and he touches up anything he sees that isn't to his satisfaction or mine.  Typically, there are very few touch ups necessary. When a job may take a few days, he always lets me know what time he will arrive each day.  He is always on time.  Tim is very pleasant to work with and cooperates fully with his clients' schedules.  His prices are very reasonable too!!  I am in awe that Tim doesn't need to use painter's tape!!!  Now that's an expert painter for you!!!!
I would recommend Tim Morbitzer for any and all paint jobs you may need done, interior or exterior.  He works hard, strives for perfection, is very cooperative and is all about satisfying his clients!!!!  I will definitely be hiring him again in the future!!!!
