Initially the job looked ok, he told me to get some rosalyn paper to put down to protect it from any foot traffic, which I did. I didn't put any furniture on the floors or walk on them for three weeks just like he suggested. Now you can see white spots in several spots on the floor. The floors in those spots feel rough and gritty and are raised. All around the edges of walls its white too from not putting as thick of a coat on the floor. I had a second opinion come out to look at it and they referred to them as "bubbles". They said he probably mixed the polyurethane with the stain to try and save time. They said he probably put the coat on after sanding but before he thoroughly cleaned the floor, which left pieces of wood from the sanding. When I told him I needed this fixed and was not satisfied with the work he offered to come out on a day that I was not available. I have tried to call him to reschedule several times and left him messages, but still have not heard back from him. He said he was licensed and bonded, he seemed like an honest good guy to work with, but now I am very unsatisfied.
