She is personable and honest. She looks out for both side of the sale.
*after numerous code violations found on home, we backed out of buying the house she showed us. we immediately wanted out but judy insisted we were being picky and got upset when we asked the city to come and inspect the code violations spotted by our home inspector. she was very rude and took us weeks to get our money back from her and her company. DO NOT USE
