It's a small company. I just felt like we got good service. We got to see the same people over and over. It wasn't like there was 20 technicians and you never know who's coming out. There are maybe 3 or 4 guys that work for this company. He's very trustworthy and has never tried to scam me out of my money. He cleans up any mess that he's made, if any. I don't feel like his prices are out of line with other companies.
