After a misunderstanding last year, they tried to be extra considerate this year. I had checked on other service providers and decided, after gathering as much information as I could find, to tryTapscott one more time. It was OK this time so we'll stick with them for next year.

After testing our own well water and finding that it was just above 5 Ph, we called a plumber who recommended this man instead because of what we wanted done. This man tested the water too and confirmed that it was highly acidic. He recommended several options for neutralization and we chose a dual tank system. The installation was straightforward and accomplished within a few hours. While doing the work, he also tested our well pump and pressure system. These tested OK.
