 + -1 moreI was a little disappointed after seeing the final results. The tech showed up on time and was very nice. However the end result was not at all what I was hoping for. Several areas are now hard and crunchy and in two areas it looks likes crayons were rubbed into the carpet in places where there was no stains or spots to begin with. The one spot that we had a pet stain did not come out that great either. We had done two bedrooms, hall & stairs. The price was right but maybe that's why they say you get what you pay for.
