Ceramic Tile Service
Leisa responded within minutes to my first contact with her. She texted or phoned every time I had a question thereafter. Her prompt responses made my life a lot less stressful.
She not only provided a reasonable estimate for installing a tile backsplash in our newly remodeled kitchen, but she offered her design experience and much-appreciated advice as well.
She kept in contact until we were ready for her part of the kitchen work. Then she scheduled within the week to complete the job.
Leisa was always prompt, professional, clean and neat. She was also helpful above and beyond what we required, offering to pick up supplies as needed.
The backsplash work took about a day and a half for her and her helper. She really knows what she is doing and once the wall prep work was done, she just zipped right along with the tiles - all business - she did not even stop for lunch!
The finished backsplash is the highlight of the kitchen. It is just beautiful! We are completely pleased and satisfied with Leisa's work. She is an artist!
