Remodel Free is the most professional contractor I have dealt with. Nick takes pride in his final product and makes sure the customer is 100% satisfied. He does not depend on the customer to call him since he monitors all jobs daily. If it isn't up to his expectations he will make sure it is fixed even if it doesn't bother the customer. He is also an excellent designer and can save money by helping you with ideas you never considered. I have zero complaints and would hire Remodel Free without hesitation.

From start to finish, the project went beautifully.  The entire house needed updating, paint, carpet, hardwood (new and refinishing to remove pet stains), the kitchen was gutted and replaced with new cabinets, granite, stainless appliances and hardwood floors.  2 appliances were relatively new and could be re-used.  As much of the original house was maintained and updated.  All dated or broken fixtures/appliances/paint or flooring needed updating and Remodel Free did an efficient, cost effective yet stunning job to make the entire house shine.   New bathrooms with new tile and granite created a WOW for buyers looking to move right in. Before starting work, careful consideration was done to evaluate only needs to be done to get top dollar for a quick sale.  We didn't do unnecessary repairs, we focused on what returns the most bank-for-the-buck.  Nothing was too big or messy for Remodel Free (they hauled everything away and made several donation runs to charity).   Nick made it easy to hand over the keys and receive email/picture/phone updates.  The house sold over list price in 5 days.
