They were excellent. I liked that were very reasonable and the flowers they had to offer was of a good variety. They were sourced locally to where it had to be sent. Like this last time I sent my daughter in Hawaii, flowers so I put the order here in ProFlowers and the order goes to the florist in Hawaii who puts the bouquet together or it goes to the grower first and then they find someone to put the bouquet together. Then the flowers come to the recipient partially closed, they were not fully opened yet. So the bouquet last forever. I sent my daughter the bark as the leave and the blue iris flower in a big 2 feet tall bouquet. She said it looked wonderful. I sent the same bouquet to my daughter in law and she was very happy too. I have used them for eight years. Shipping to Hawaii was a lot more, even Alaska. Quality was worth the price. I never had anything late.

Run away from these people, don't walk! They provide horrible customer service and the flowers don't ever get there when they are suppose to. They don't even try to make a mends about it either. The flowers didn't arrive until after the funeral and I would never use this company again.

I chose ProFlowers because they were associated with Shari's Berries, a company that has always provided excellent products and service. I went to the website and viewed all of their bouquets and selected one that contained Stargazer Lilies and Irises. I upgraded it to the deluxe version. I had spoken to ProFlowers representatives once before about their services and was told that the flowers arrived "arranged and ready to put in a vase". When the flowers finally arrived around 4PM, I was extremely disappointed to find that they were NOT arranged and that the "flowers" were actually tightly closed buds that appeared to be too "young" to ever open. I knew that the arrangement was to arrive as "buds", but I didn't expect 80% of it to be that way. I arranged the only blooming flowers (a few of the stargazer lilies) in a vase along with the Iris buds. I looked for the "flower food" that I was supposed to use to keep them fresh, but there was none. The Stargazer lilies opened beautifully but of the 16 Iris buds I was sent, two opened fully. The others stayed in bud form and died that way. I will NEVER order from this company again. I personally do not care if the flowers "last a full 7 days" as advertised (by the way, they did not ... they started dying after about 4 days) ... but to be sent flowers that were so young that they could never fully open is a waste of my money and a sad gift to give to anyone. I would tell anyone that, instead of using this company, spend you money with a REAL florist ... this company is a rip off.

They do a great job. I like that I can order them online and Fed Ex delivers them. I have only had poor quality flowers a few times. Other than that, I have never had a problem with them.

I was on a business trip, and I sent my wife flowers for her birthday. It was snowing, and they still managed to deliver the flowers to my wife on Valentine's day.

I ordered a dozen long stem roses and they delivered them. I was recommended to them by a friend. I felt I was overcharged and the product was of poor quality.

Not much to tell. Just that 1-800-Pro-Flowers must be an easy way to order flowers for delivery. They may also have plants, but we aren't sure, since we have never received plants. Each time we receive flowers through them, we know that 'some assembly' will be required. Everything comes in a box: they pack the vase, plant food, instructions and each flower meticulously. When roses arrive, they seem to have just been cut, then immediately packed and shipped. They last longer than any other florists that have ever delivered to us. Each rose have been secured, and the petals are wrapped to prevent damage, until you unbound each flower head. They do not droop. They smell nice. They are just beautiful. We know that the bigger cities have walk in service, but we don't expect to see one in our small town. It's just as easy to call the number and place your order. We leave the box the flowers come in where visitors can see, because everyone asks about the flowers.

I placed an $80 order for a multi-colored deluxe arrangement of Gerber Daisies to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The cost included a $15 delivery charge and a $9.99 fee for holiday delivery. At 10pm on Valentine's Day the flowers had failed to arrive. I called them. They offered to increase the size of the arrangement if I accepted the next day delivery . I did so. When the flowers were delivered the next day, they were all white daisies, FEWER than an "standard" arrangement, and drooping. I called them again and told them what I had received. They asked me what I wanted and I told them since the delivery was for the wrong flowers on the wrong day, I'd like a refund. They offered to refund the $9.99 delivery fee and said if they refunded the order the florist would come to collect the flowers. I told them I'd keep the flowers, they could refund the delivery, and I would file a complaint on Angie's List. Voila. I will not order from them again.

This company is so misconceiving, They advertised a potted plant (mini Roses) in a Gloss pot that said "Be Mine" in a small heart shape on the front of the red pot advertised at 29.99. I place the order and then it asked me to select a day to send them. I choose Valentines day and they wanted me to pay another 9.99 for delivery. I then bought a Valentine day card to go with it at 1.99. Sub total 41.97 I am thinking with tax 45.32. But NOOOOO. After I click the purchase button and it sent me a confirmation number the Grand total was 64.97 they charged me two delivery charges at 9.99 each (19.98) and the little red pot that was suppose to be included with the purchase was 9.99. I paid 19.98 more then what I should have. I would not have paid this if I would have known what the charges were prior to clicking to pay. They are deceptive and this should be against the law. I will be reporting them to AOL and to our local news paper. Plus I will call my Bank in the morning and get the charges reversed.

I stopped using them. Due to the fact that the people that were getting the flowers said that they did not last long and were not fresh.

Every time I log on to their website I am amazed at how easy and quick it is to get the transaction completed. I did have one snafu earlier this year where my I sent my daughter flowers and chocolates and a stuffed bear for her birthday and she received the order in duplicate... I emailed customer service and within 24 hours I received a response reassuring me that I would not be charged for the duplicate order. Other than that, I have had no other glitches, and, in fact I cannot praise their quality and timeliness enough!
