Description of Work: ProFlowers are one of the florist I use for my flower needs.

Description of Work: Ordered 3 bouquets of flowers, "100 blooms" for birthday/valentines day. Charged 20.00 each for delivery, although only 9.99 was in print that was legible. When the flowers arrived, they appeared withered, read as dead. Card in the box read that flowers appear withered but will perk up within 12 hours of delivery after cutting, rinsing and putting in the vase. My mother who lives in Texas reported that hers perked up. Mine and my mother in laws (we live in Illinois and Mass.) did not. I never would have ordered these if I had known 1) that they arrived in a dead state 2) that because it was near Valentines day (although delivery was 1 day prior) that delivery charges were doubled 3) that deliverer would leave them on the porch like a parcel. I do not advise using these folks and definitely won't waste money on them in the future. Nothing says I love you or happy birthday like dead flowers!

Description of Work: I sent flowers to Alburqueque, N.M. to my wife, sister and mother-in-law for a reunion they were having and used ProFlowers. I chose an arrangement of 40 Peruvian lillies from their colorful website and what was delivered were 8 sprayed carnations. I guess they figured with cell phone photos I would never find out and that customers must be pretty dumb or accepting. After recontacting PF and telling them I expected to have the proper arrangement that was chosen and paid for resent, they did so after dealing with a different N.M floral shop. The only person who ever apologized for this scam was the poor phone representative who had to listen to my complaint...who I also knew was not the person responsible. I should have known better than to use ProFlowers since a month earlier over Mother's Day, I sent a floral arrangement through PF to a close friend, this time to Long Island, N.Y. and they didn't put our name on the card to the recipient. This resulted in their not knowing who the arrangement came from until my Mother's Day card arrived 4 days later and they put 2 and 2 together. We live in N.J. and I guess if you send flowers East or West that ProFlowers is NOT the way to go..I should have stayed with 1-800-Flowers or Teleflora, who we have used in the past and been always pleased with the results from...live and learn.

Description of Work: The ordering process was confusing. When I clicked on something the website lost all my information and i had to rekey it in. Originally the website told me the flowers were going to be delivered on Friday. When I submitted my order, it switched the date to the Tuesday. The flowers did not arrive until 4:46pm on Tuesday. I placed this order on Thursday
