Very well except that the re-sodding didn't really take. We are still waiting to have that problem solved.

Met Charles Thomas at the Fredricksburg Home Show. He cameto discuss the project and gave an estimate the next week. We agreed and gave a downpayment. He said they would begin Monday after Thanksgiving and take a week. It did! He consulted with us about scope and position of bridge and stairs. Workers were prompt, professional and efficient and left no mess. Area is beautiful!
