Quality of work was mediocre. Finish was less than professional. Installed new screen sags. Corners of window were not fully aligned. I had to paint some of the work. John was always pleasant and courteous. His charges were reasonable on the low side.

John was very prompt and responsive to my questions. He gave me an accurate quote and the work was completed within scope, time and cost. He was helpful in his recommendations and got back to me when I had questions. I am very pleased with the fence however when the old fence was torn down not all the old fence post holes were filled in all the way. This is minor but you can definitely tell there was a depression in the old concrete versus the new. Regarding the termite damage repair/replacement of the area around the door, the workmanship was good. Had trouble matching the color of the paint but it is acceptable.

He did really good work and showed up when he said he would. He charged $60 per hour. I thought that the price was a little high but I could not find anybody else at the time. The quality of his work was good.
