Electrical Service
Several years ago we had significant water damage in a family owned house. The restoration company provided Luis Chin to replace water damaged circuits, fixtures and wiring; he also had to install temporary electric service upgrades to handle all of the electrical devices required for the restoration (blowers, driers in and under the house, construction equipment such as additional task lighting, power saws, floor sanders and buffers and a myriad of other equipment. When this was done we had permanently upgraded service and all was returned to "normal" with no indication work was even done. What he did blended seamlessly with what already existed.
More recently my wife and I undertook some major renovations in our primary residence. Luis was amazing. He addressed each of our electrical "problems" (from repairs to upgrades to rather drastic changes) professionally and efficiently. He was even forthcoming with advice regarding certain design decisions we contemplated. Luis took into account what we wanted to accomplish and in more than one one instance gave us more economical alternatives that achieved the same design goals despite the fact that these changes resulted in less work (thus less payment) for him.
We found Luis professional, knowledgeable, affable and trustworthy. I would have him as a contractor in my home again in a heartbeat and as I am a Realtor, I will recommend him to my clients that need electrical work without hesitation. My wife and I are hoping to address our outdoor lighting "wish list" this spring or summer; I have already started to discuss with Luis what we hope to achieve and how to go about it.
