When we moved into our new home, a Kinetico system was already installed. Unfortunately, the prior owners did little to maintain the system. It required significant parts replacement. The sales team was fair and honest. The technician was professional and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. The water quality is much improved since the repairs have been completed. I highly recommend Kinetico.
