He works one job at a time so that he gives 100% full attention on the job every day.  He tells you what his profits and admin fees upright when he works with you.  He is very upfront with his cost.  He is very experienced; he's done his work for forty years.  He loves renovations because it is much more difficult to do than new buildings.  He likes the artistic challenge of doing old buildings.  He has a small crew that he uses a long time.  You know what you are getting, it's not like he has a new workers or carpenters or plumbers on every job; he uses the same contractors and crew.  He can communicate with him daily and frequently.  He speaks Spanish; he only learned to speak it when he was 25 or 30 but he is the kind of adult that loves learning the language.  He is actually quite good.
