I & K Painting

This company was recommended to us by the tile man we had completing the tile work in a bathroom in our basement - a renovation.  My husband had wanted me to do the mudding, taping and sanding of the drywall, which was a bad idea.  When the tile guy saw we were half done, he recommended I & K.  They came and gave a reasonable estimate, so we had them come finish up after the tile guy was done.  The work was fantastic, completed quickly and done right.  Their price was more than fair and scheduling was a breeze.  They are completing a much bigger project for us right now, which I will review upon completion, in a separate review.  They got this new job based on how happy we were with the first one they did for us.  This is a family owned, husband and wife company, and they are usually on site working with their employees.  They are hard working people who take pride in their work.  I wish we'd known about them several projects ago.  This is the last project we have before we put the house on the market, but I would have hired them to redo the whole house had I known about them.  I cannot recommend this small company highly enough.  Give them a try - they are reasonably priced, easily scheduled, hard working and produce quality work.  SO much better to deal with than large companies who don't care about the customer.
