We have never had that happen before and it was a nightmare. We started with some backup in the house. Everything had to be replaced, all the lines and D-box. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing. We had good access to the company president, his name is Glenn Frith. I wished I could give them an A+. We had no complaints with them at all. I have even recommend them to others as well.
