+ -1 moreWe were told that the Casa Moderna Luxury Vinyl Tile we bought was a good quality product, very durable. TOTAL CRAP!!!! Within 3 months it was peeling up and separating in several spots. I called the store and was told that I had to call and pay for an independent inspector to come out and "if" they found it somehow wasn't my fault on installation they might cover part of the cost, but most likely not. Floor and Décor told me there is nothing they will do, they are only the vendor. There are much better products on the market and I should have spent the extra money for them. Floor and Décor doesn't stand behind there products or customers--only there profits! Richmond has many large flooring stores to choose from and you would be wise to find one that will back up what they sell. You get what you pay for!
Description of Work: This a flooring big box store that has somewhat discounted prices on a variety of flooring. Salesmen seemed knowledgeable, but only in appearance, they will tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy the crap they sell. You get what you pay for. But I expected my Casa Moderna Luxury Vinyl Tile to last longer than 3 months. This stuff is total garbage.

+ -1 moreThey are helpful and give great advice. They actually come up to me and ask if I have any questions and are proactive. They will steer you in the right direction and educate you on things. They helped me load ceramic tile to the check out and put in my car for me. They are just super.
