 + -1 moreEntered a lease/purchase option in good faith only to discover the shoddy quality and poor construction of the home we were occupying. As an example, we discovered shortly after moving in, that the gas log fire place had been inappropriately installed by unqualified, itinerant workers. They left the plastic shipping manifold in place on the apparatus and when we tried to use the gas log fireplace, the plastic manifold melted and filled our home with toxic fumes sickening the occupants and pets. This is just one expample of the poor quality and lack of professionalism associated with their construction practices.
