David is without a doubt one of the BEST home inspectors. I was new to the area and had no clue who to contact. Searching through the website I found David. I selected David because he actually teaches the Home Inspection Certification to other home inspectors and was highly certified in his field. This was a plus for me. When I called David he was very professional and extremely easy to talk to. David inspected all the structural elements such as the roof, foundation, windows, attic, heater, basement, etc. He took the time to inspect, discuss, and explain any serious findings, answered questions, and truly invested quality time to make certain our home was inspected thoroughly. David is also a qualified "Radon" measurement provider. This was truly a LIFE saver for us. Through David's testing we discovered this particular home had HIGH levels of Radon.
