Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Awful! The tech who made the service call for $110 did not know how the thermostat worked. When he left he had not resolved the problem and promised to call the manufacturer's rep. and let me know. That was over two weeks ago and despite a call from me in the meantime, I still have not heard back from him! I'm out $110 and still don't know if my thermostat is working properly!
