The work they did on the garage and the bathroom seem to be holding up. However, our downstairs remodel is a different story. He seemed like he was limited in his ability to remodel the downstairs. The grout in the tile flooring was not mixed or installed correctly because it is not cracking and coming back up. It has only been a little over a year since the work was done. From what I can gather the floor is moving causing the grout to crack, so in 2-3 years when the tile starts to crack I am going to have to redo the entire floor.
I tried to have them come over and fix the problem as it was under warranty, but he would not send anyone over. I finally had to contact him and let him know that I no longer want him or his workers on my property.
