Appliance Repair
They are a service provider by a home warranty program offered by Sears. They collected the deductible from me and reported that they couldn't get the spare parts required to do the repair. The warranty company got the parts for them. They claimed to be a MIELE certified company of home kitchen appliances but when I checked with MIELE, I found out that they were not. That was the first problem. Another issue, was that they could not order the spare parts. If they had been MIELE- certified they would have been able to. Then, once they got the parts from the warranty company, they said that it couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. They then offered to do the replacement. I find that to be unethical. I didnt want a replacement I wanted a repair by a qualified technician.
