I had two very expensive silk/wool custom cut rugs that were purchased three years ago. They were beautiful and like new. I never even walked on them with shoes. I decided to have them freshened up since they had never been cleaned, although they really didn't need it. This company not only kept the rugs for many months (and blamed their being "lost" on another company), but when I finally paid someone to retrieve my rugs, they were absolutely ruined. The backs and fronts of the rugs had large multiple stains, an awful smell, the backs were filthy and the pile was mashed and frayed on both rugs. They promised to call me for further explanation and they never did. I have even tried txting them to no avail. They look so awful that I am ashamed to put them back in my house. Absolutely ruined.
