Bob Crombine and Ricky Mitchell were amazing.
My laundry room is cramped, long and narrow. The drywall had been removed to replacing plumbing pipes, but never replaced.
I was in a hurry because my son, who is also our renter, was returning home earlier than I expected from a trip. Bob and Rickie framed out and built a narrow wall to enclose some unsightly drain pipes and hung new drywall in One Day! And they completed the two smaller repairs as well. They brought in a plumber to remove and close off an unnecessary pipe that could not be covered.
The original plumber did not put a cover over the pipes, and one of the drywall nails hit the pipe and caused a leak which we discovered that night. Both guys were back the next morning first thing and pulled down the new drywall, plumber repaired the pipe and new drywall was hung. It looks great and is ready to paint!
I don't know the criteria for a contractor to be included on the List, but I definitely will keep them on my list of who to call.
