American Appliance was the third team we had come to our home to install our new Washer & Dryer and they were the BEST! The first team, who delivered them, were rude and wouldn't use our existing platforms. The second team used the platforms but didn't change the vent pipe and didn't properly align the washer. AA came the next day and completed everything with clear communications and excellent service! From now on they will be the First ones we call.

Had a difficult time scheduling. Installer did a poor job on the dishwasher insulation. Broke our counter, tried to blame it on us. No accountability. Would NOT hire again.

After waiting 2 weeks still no parts still broken. I also want to add I have contract with American Home Sheild which is why I used them to begin with. Mike said he was the owner is very rude won't give his last name

The first appointment went well.  Both the refrigerator and dishwasher were repaired.  Within a couple of weeks, we were still having problems with the dishwasher.  Although the dishwasher was "working", we were having problems with standing water at the end of a cycle.  We contacted the service provider and asked them to come back out to look at the dishwasher again. The service provider took apart the dishwasher and then claimed he need to go back to do some research to determine the problem. Also, as a result of this visit, our dishwasher now inoperable.  We could not use it at all.  The technician said he would call us withing a couple of days with the recommendation.  A couple of days went by - no call. My husband called him directly.  No return call. We then contacted our home warranty company to see if they could help us resolve the issue.  After several conversations with the home warranty company and the service provider, we had scheduled a 3rd visit for a Saturday afternoon. My husband had already taken off several days of work for this and other home repairs.  Saturday afternoon towards the end of the waiting window, we called the technician. He said he had us down for Monday and not Saturday.  So after sitting around for 3 hours, we rescheduled for Monday morning.  He was scheduled to arrive by noon and he arrived about 40 minutes late. The end result was a still broken dishwasher.
