Allen Building Services Inc.

I would not recommend this contractor!  This company does not follow through with manufacturer requirements and will refuse to fix or reimburse for anything that messes up.  This company installed laminate flooring in my home and neglected the fact that a moisture barrier is required when laying on top of concrete.  I had photos and documents stating from the manufacturer that this floor was not installed properly and Allen Building Services refused to fix.  After only two years of occupancy in the home the floor had to be replaced!! The warranty would not cover any issues due to the installation being completed wrong.  This was also not the first problem I had with Allen Building Services.  Grading was done out of building code, doors leak water, improper electrical outlets installed, etc.  Contractor would also enter home without permission when the house was not occupied by any residents.  Highly unprofessional and very rude!!!
