James was late for the initial appointment, and expected me to sign the contract immediately upon his arrival, not even allowing his dog walker to fully meet our dogs. I told him we couldn't sign, we were still talking to others to find a good match for one of our picky dogs, and that we'd need to talk about it. I don't mind the followup calls to check on our decision. But I do mind the rudeness we got when we told him we were using a family friend, who matched better with our picky dog. His reaction was very unprofessional. Other dog walkers came in, met our dogs, talked over what what we needed, and allowed us time to interview other providers, without the pressure to immediately sign a contract. James barely met our dogs, barely met us, and expected a signed contract within the first 10 minutes.

I have been working with James and Julie at All of Creation Pet Care and highly recommend them for boarding, dog walking and animal sitting. Syndee loves to go over to their house for daycare.
