ACF Remodeling

After fixing a water problem in my basement, I was left with a mess.  In the part of the basement that had been finished a wall had to be removed and the flooring had been torn up.  The unfinished part of the basement was cluttered, with ugly concrete floors and exposed cinder block walls.  
I first had Alan work on the unfinished part - painting the cinderblocks and the concrete floor and putting in shelving for storage.  Working with Alan,  I picked the paint color for the walls and then chose the floor color.  He did the painting, and when I didn't like the floor color he repainted with a new color I picked out.  Then he built the shelving, roughly based on what I wanted and the dimensions came out perfect.  That part of the basement was no longer dark and scary!
Then I picked out a wood-look tile for the flooring in the finished part of the basement.  Alan suggested heating under the floor since the basement isn't well heated.  He gave me a price and I decided to do that.  In just a few days Alan put up the new wall, installed the heating element, and laid the tile.  I am soooo happy with the results !
I have had bad experiences with contractors / handymen in the past but I now have a great guy to do the work that I need done, at a reasonable price, and with excellent results.  I totally recommend him!
