A and A Awning

I may have got them from Angie's List or looked them up on Angie's List.  I was very pleased with them.  They were not the least expensive but they had exactly what I wanted.  They came in and did the job nicely.  I haven't actually used it yet because they completed it a couple of months ago and we don't really need the awnings until the summer time.  There was a glitch with getting the awning cover but they came right through as soon as they got the stuff and stock.  They came back and did it.  They were very obliging with regard to coming about anything.  I have a very long awning needed, it was about 25feet long and some providers I went to could do a maximum of 12 feet.  The structure that was placed that hooks into the brick is really solid, it's a substantial awning.  There were estimates that came a little bit higher and there was one that came substantially lower but they just really didn't have the size I needed.  Everything did not go a hundred percent smoothly but that is true of anything.  When things went beyond their control and didn't happen to have it in stock, they got it in stock as soon as it was available.  They were very transparent and let me know what was going on at all times.  There was good communication.  I've dealt with a lot of companies and this was right up there as far as being a good company.  I think their pricing was good for what we got.  If I was looking for cheap awning this was not the place to go but if someone's looking for something substantial then they are the ones to go to.
