Morris Construction

Jeff Morris is the owner. Everything has to be done all over. It didn't pass inspection in our county. He got paid for it and he is a real piece of work. He has a Class A license in Virginia which is a joke. The roof had to be torn off and replaced because it was all wrong. The porch never passed inspection. He cut my propane gas line. He got six sets of French doors and one was warped and we had to return those with a big hassle. All the doors had to be reset. He didn't flash them and he didn't set them right. He didn't brace the room to the house. He built a crawl space underneath operational doors, which is illegal. I am so burned at him because he burned me. He lied and spit tobacco all over the place.

He refused to give a date of completion or proof of insurance. He eventually stopped showing up. He did not apply for the proper permits. When we did have an inspector come out we found that he did not follow the building codes and it will have to be tore out and redone. He has since filed a mechanics lien against us and is trying to charge for work he did not do.
