Everyone was willing to assist with questions. The estimate was accurate. They stuck to the timeline as promised and the roof is beautiful. I would say 4.7 but looks like you have to pick 4 or 5, so closer to a 5. Very pleased with service and product.

Great company with integrity and service. From the first meeting for a quote that was provided promptly and with a good overview of the project, to scheduling, quality of products, quality of work, zero percent financing and all encompassing guarantee I highly recommend Cenvar Roofing. We had a complicated roof that spanned two buildings and included replacing fourteen skylights. The job started on time and finished ahead of schedule. If I were to do it all over again I would choose Cenvar without a second thought. We had Byron and his crew for installation, Mike as on site project manager, TC was our sales representative and Megan for scheduling. The A team!!

A few years ago, my roof was damaged and had to be replaced. I shopped around and Cenvar had the best deal and recommendations so I went with them. The replacement went smoothly--I felt like I was consulted every part of the process--from what shingles I wanted to how I wanted to handle an unexpected glitch with my roof. The replacement took about half a day and the crew cleaned up everything and was very professional. Recently, I needed to get my gutter guards replaced and discovered the roofers had accidentally nailed them in place when they put in the shingles near the edge. I contacted Cenvar and they immediately put me in touch with Ben the district manager. He had a guy out to look at my roof within a week (even did a quick inspection to make sure all was well otherwise) and then fixed the problem with no charge to me. They even offered to replace all the guards that were damaged. I figured they would do the job when they could get around to it, especially since they wouldn't be getting paid anything more, but within a few days the job was done and I could get my gutters cleaned! I am amazed at my overall experience which was already good, but this extra bit is what makes them superior. Great customer service and job. Highly recommend.

Cenvar provided first rate customer service and amazing communication from the initial quote, to the prep for the new roof, and through the entirety of the project. Everyone we talked with was knowledgeable and helpful! We highly recommend them.
