Greg was right on time at the job site.  He took his time on this inspection and fully addressed each item he found.   He never minded that I was there with him every step of the way.  He inspected and reported on things that I would not have thought to check - like working/non-working outlets, plus dozens of other areas.  I feel assured that he left no stone unturned and that I can proceed with the purchase of this home with my mind at ease.  He gave me a very detailed report on his findings, including pictures of things he recommended having repaired.  I would hire Greg again without hesitation.  Hire Greg; you will not be disappointed!
