Al was personable and professional. I had a piece of rotted facia board, which was not included in the original estimate. While he worked, I went to the lumber supply, purchased the new wood and Al cut and installed the new piece free of charge. He did a great job of cleaning up.
His price was the lowest out of three estimates and while I don't always go for the lowest price, I don't think anyone else would have done a better job.
