"We value each and every one of our customers and we pride ourselves on making quality our first priority. We are active member of the BBB and hold an A+ rating. Member did not contact us to discuss any issues or complaints but instead went through the BBB at which point we were notified that he had an issue. This scenario involving Member was very complex as many parties were involved but we did resolve Member's complaint through the BBB."
