House Cleaning
Awful. Unprofessional, dim, incompetent and greedy. Clearly not up to the task, but wanted the money and took on the job. We explained what we wanted and when I called to inquire about why the house was a disaster, I was given the explanation that one of the girls was new, and she was the one that did all of upstairs. So, a new, untrained person was sent to clean an entire floor and was not checked?
