Very bad contractor. They did not do the job properrly (didn't screw down or secure the subfloor; therefor, the tile had movement and cracked along the sub floor seams). They fixed the first run of cracks then refused to come back and fix the others (a total of about 40 20X20 inch tiles). So far it's cost us another $2K and it's not over yet. Terrible job. Unprofessional and unethical.
