Toano Well & Pump Service

Toano Well & Pump responded very promptly when our geothermal water pump began to leak. Jason arrive early Saturday morning and completed the work in three hours. Very professional in every respect.

This Company is Terrible! They never showed up and would not return calls. My 80 year old man has been without water for 10 days.

Everything went fairly smooth. We called for information on the process of have a well/ pump installed. We were given directions to have the county health dept to come out first and have a map of the property. We had a copy of the plot from the purchase of our home, and used that. The health dept would tell us where we can and can not place the well, mark the plot where it's ok and they would send Toano well and pump the plot. It costs an additional 300.00 to the county for this. We also were told we needed to have a dedicated electrical outlet for the pump. They do not do anything with the elctrical box, they only run the line from the pump to the outlet, so you need to also line up an electrician. We gave them a few days to get the paperwork and called again to follow up. They had gotten them and set up a time to come out. It took a few days of work to get the job completed, there was a delay with getting the cement casing in, they were out of them, but got one within a day or two. Overall, we were very happy with the work performed. They employees were all very friendly and didn't seem to mind us hanging around and watching how it's done. They had also been recommended to us by two other homes in our neighborhood who had also used them for the same thing.

Our water pump to work the well was not working after the hurricane.  The person who answered the phone, answered saying "Yea".  My husband explained the problem.  The man on the phone told him to get a voltage meter and see if there was power to the pump.  We don't own a voltage meter, nor do we have electrical knowledge.  Husband told the man as much, but he did not listen, still told him to get a meter and call him back if that was the problem.  He did not listen, was not helpful.  He was no help what so ever.  I guess the job seemed too small and our call was an inconvenience.
