Please? I beg you, don?t make the same mistake that I did. Stay away from this company at all costs.
Jesse, and his comrade ?Bob?, will first show up when you call them and initially deliver some agreed-upon landscaping at an acceptable price but beware? that is just the ?bait?. After doing some of the initial work, they will disappear from the scene, never to return despite multiple calls. Thankfully, because of past experiences with some contractors when I built my house, I realized not to pay the money in advance of the work done. However, once you find out after the fact that the work was done in a less than optimal manner (and they?ve cashed the check) and has to be redone, they are long gone, never answering their cell phones, with your money in hand. They did the work, but it was not done properly, and refused to correct their errors, even for simple issues like replacing some plants that died soon after planting, even though they gave us a 1 year ?guarantee? on them.
Some other issues, such as incorrectly routing drainage channels from my home to the side of the yard, may not be found out until some months after the fact and by that time, they have taken your money and are long gone. There were specific routes that the drainage was supposed to run away from the house and within several months after that, after some heavy rain, it was clearly apparent that they had incorrectly routed the drainage channels so that the water was draining much closer to the house than it should?ve been. Jesse came back and agreed that they had made a mistake but after that, multiple calls were unanswered. They were long gone from the scene, never to return.
Jesse came back once to see the plants, saw they were dead and acknowledged that they were responsible for the replacements. Again, no follow through. I did later find some of their crew cutting somebody?s grass near my house and after asking the workers to give Jesse a call (after 30-40 unanswered messages left on his cell phone by me over many months), they kind of rolled their eyes and said ?we?ll do the best we can?, but in essence stated that they understood that the owners of the company were completely unresponsive to the customers? needs and that the workers themselves were probably lucky to get a call back from them. The only way to get a call from them seems to be as a new customer with some money in your wallet. After that, good luck.
I have done my part to warn you of my experience, and have noted that as of the date of my submission, the only other reviewer had a similar experience. Buyer beware!
