He worked very hard and did what was asked. He was not all that well but he did the job. The price was very fair. He stood me up once and did not call. He said this was because some equipment broke and his crew stood him up. I would definitely use him again.

The Silver Maple is very old and has suffered major deterioration for several years. Jeff Hayles has diagnosed problems, treated the tree, and preserved it.

It went perfect. Hayles Tree Care did a great job quickly and professionally removing a large (65+ foot) tree from our back yard. They did the work right on schedule and without disturbing a trampoline that sits only 10 feet from the tree. We were very impressed with the quality of the work, including the clean up afterward. Highly recommend Jeff Hayles and his team for any tree trimming or removal operation; they do superb work at a very reasonable price.

We had a little trouble coordinating schedules but as I was in no big hurry to get the work done it was not an issue. Jeff came by and took a look at what I had and we negotiated a price that worked for both of us. I asked him to come by when he could within the next week or so and make my stumps disappear. He did exactly that and ground them to the depth we discussed. I am happy with the job and the service. I am also glad to have the stumps out of my yard. Jeff also informed me of some issues I am having with some very large oaks along my driveway. Bad news but good information. Thanks Jeff

The estimate was HUNDREDS less than the first estimate I got. I did have a bit of a hard time understanding on our first conversation; maybe a bad connection. But I'm glad I went through with this company. They got the job done within 10 days of the initial estimate. The whole thing was just quick and painless. It's a small business, a personal company and they earned my trust on this experience

Heand his helper were both professional and worked quickly. The tree was taken down, cut up and removed in about 1-1/2 hours. They cleaned up all debris - you couldn't even tell a tree had been taken down. The price was great for such a large tree. The job matched his time and price estimate. He seems to have a great deal of knowledge and experience in the field.

Jeff Hayles is the boss. Beneath the rough exterior he is the most outstanding tree guy we have come across in 35 years.Knowledgeable, responsive, reasonable and has bailed us out of difficult tree situations many times.

They are always on time and very professional. The crew is always there to help when needed.

I had used Hayles tree service before and was very satisfied so I called them again you may call for a reference anythim. He came and gave a very reasonable price, returned to do the job when he said he would.  He took the tree down cut it into fireplace lengths as requested. He is a ery hard worker. It was amazing to watch him fell the tree that was so large.

Mr. Wayles arrived on time and arranged to have all the wiring disconnected. He did the work quickly and very neatly. He cleaned up beautifully, reconnected the wiring and left before 6:00pm.

JEFF PROVIDED ESTIMATE AND FOLLOWED UP THE NEXT DAY PROMPTLY BY SETTING UP HIS TOOLS AND CLIMBING EQUIPMENT. JEFF WAS IN THE TREES CUTTING WHILE AN ASSISTANT PICKED UP THE TRIMMINGS AND PLACED THEM IN A TRUCK AND TRAILER. MOST OF THE CLIMBING REQUIRED JEFF TO CLIMB AS HIGH AS 40 FEET, WHICH HE DID WITHOUT DIFFICULTY. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED AS PROMISED IN A MINIMUM OF TIME. CLEAN UP WAS COMPLETE AND PAYMENT WAS MADE WITH COMPLEMENTS.
