My husband forgot to shut the water off to our backyard hose ( this is the 2nd time!!! ) The pipe burst for the 2nd time and luckily we were in the basement when it happened so there was no water damage to the carpet. My husband had also begun renovation our basement powder room and was unable to install the vanity and sink. John gave us an estimate over the phone which was cheaper than 3 other plumbers we contacted. John repaired the busted pipe and even added some insulation to the exposed pipe to keep this from happening again ( not sure why the first plumber failed to do this ) He then fixed the drywall and patched it up. My husband did the painting. Vessel sinks can be a pain ( the 2nd plumber who came out to give us an estimate didn't even know how to instal it ) John installed it without breaking a sweat. John was on time and very nice. His prices were extremely low for the quality of work and we could not have been happier with how our vessel sink looks.
