They were great. It was quality all around. I don't know if B is really fair on the pricing. It just was so much more expensive than it was 8 years ago. I don't know that it's their fault. We were very happy with everything that they did but it was unfortunate that it cost more but it is what it is.

The contractor arrived on the date and at the time that they told us they would be at our house. They stripped the old roof off and put new plywood in where it was needed. They then put down new felt, shingles and ridge cap. They cleaned up the areas around the house where the old materials came off the house and hauled away all the rubbish. A very nice professional job. The only complaint that we had was the salesman told us that they would put a temporary patch on the roof in November. They didn't get out to put the temporary patch until March. So far even with the heaviest rains we have no leaks. (Knock on wood!)
