From start to finish everything went excellent. Nick came to do the estimate when he said he would. When we finally approved the quote, he let me know he would have to order the surge arrestor and would call in a couple of days to set up a time to do the work. He called in exactly two days. When Nick came out to quote the work, my wife and I really thought we needed three recessed lights. Nick wasn't sure we needed that many but quoted us a price for them, since that is want we wanted. When he did the installation, he knew it would take two days and suggested he only put two lights in and see what we thought. After the over-night my wife agreed two would be fine. I really like this because he could have simply put three lights in even though we did not need them. He was thinking of the customer. Excellent customer service!
