David DiRienzo was the inspector/proprietor who inspected house we had built.
It was our first custom home & we needed an extra set of eyes to see things that weren't experience enough to see during construction.
He made several trips to inspect the following:
1) Footer & pour
2) Framing & Roof
3) Electrical
4) Drywall
5) HVAC install
6) Final walk thru including crawl space inspection
He also used heat sensing equipment to detect any moisture or air leak within the build envelope since mold & draft were a big concern of our in building a tight house.
We received email updates throughout the process of his inspections & a final written report with pictures of all his inspected areas.
Overall, we got more than our money's worth & really appreciate Dave's hand holding as we embarked on our first custom home.
