Tidewater Cleanpro did a fantastic job. The carpet had been cleaned several times previously and there were stains that remained every time. After Cleanpro finished all the stains were gone. I am very pleased with the result and I will be calling them for any carpet cleaning I need done in the future. They got the job done very quickly and professionally.

We had Tidewater Cleanpro come out to our house to clean two of our couches and the cushions because they really needed some TLC with two kids mixed with white upholstered sofas! After they were cleaned, our couches looked brand new and smelled so fresh! Thank you guys for doing such an awesome job!

Great! Rick came out and cleaned my two 8 x 10 Pottery Barn rugs and a couch. He and his guy were on time, friendly, professional and quick. My rugs and couch look amazing. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Superb service. The product they use is not a soap so therefore does not leave a soap residue that attracts dirt. Very professional and thorough. Responsive to requests and questions. Tidewater CleanPro are now my "goto" carpet cleaning company.

Answered promptly when I called to ask questions, then again to make appointment. Agreed to price posted as a special on Angie's List. Arrived promptly with a helper. Both very courteous and polite. Worked completed in an hour as estimated. No extra charges for heavy soil and pet stains/odors. Rick is a pleasure to work with.
