I contacted them on a Friday morning. They said they could probably get us serviced late afternoon. They arrived at 1pm. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. My husband had alot of questions, and he answered them. He was here less then 30 minutes
This was a follow up call with the company. Our Church has used this company for many years and they have always provided good, prompt, and thorough service. I had a question about the bill and called the office to resolve my questions. The manager spoke with the owner and the two technicians who had worked on the system to determine the answer to my question. The resolution took about 1 day and when she called she was apologetic that it had taken so long. In the end, we resolved my issue and arrived at an amenable solution for both parties.
I would recommend this business for their competence and professionalism.
